Parish Notices
4th & 5th April 2026 – Easter Sunday – ANNOUNCEMENTS
- The parish fathers wish each and everyone a very Happy Easter. May the risen Lord bless you and your families. Kindly convey our wishes to the sick & homebound of our parish. We also thank all community animators for making the Lenten Cross Spiritual Journey fruitful & meaningful, especially the Good Friday community Way of the Cross.
- Easter Sunday – Mass in Konkani at 7 am and in English at 8 am & 9.30 am. No mass in the evening.
- Holy water will be distributed near the sacristy soon after this mass and from 8 to 11 am on Easter Sunday. Avoid bringing large bottles.
- Family head along with family members to bless your home before your family lunch. Easter blessing prayer is posted on your Community WhatsApp group.
- Novena to Divine Mercy will be held after the 9.30 am mass and on weekdays after the 7 a.m. mass. Next Sunday, the Feast of Divine Mercy. Divine Mercy Holy hour will be held at 2.30 p.m.
- Today is the last day for Lenten Alms contribution. Put your donation in the box kept below the Main Altar in the Church. This money is for the training of future Priests in Goregaon Seminary.
- Senior citizens meeting on Monday 6th April at 5.30 pm.
- PPC meeting will be held next Sunday after the 9.30 am mass.
- Kindly refer to the notice board for details Career & placement fair at St. Andrew’s college, Bandra, divine mercy novenas at Vincentian Ashram, Chembur etc.

SUNDAY 29TH MARCH 2026 – PALM SUNDAY
Blessing of Palms at 8.00 a.m. followed by procession to the Church for Mass. Mass in English at 9.30 a.m.
At 5 p.m. prayer in church followed by procession, Veronica’s song, sermon by Fr. Joseph David and mass at 6 p.m.
MONDAY 30TH & TUESDAY 31ST MARCH 2026
Confessions: Morning: 7.30 to 8.00 a.m.
Evening: 5.30 to 7.00 p.m. and 7.30 to 8.30 p.m.
THURSDAY 2ND APRIL 2026 – MAUNDY THURSDAY
5.30 p.m.: Mass of the Lord’s Supper in Konkani & Washing of the feet.
7.30 p.m.: Mass of the Lord’s Supper in English & Washing of the feet.
9.00-09.30 p.m.: Holy hour at the Altar of Repose(silent adoration)
9.30-10.30 p.m.: Holy hour at the Altar of Repose in Konkani.
10.30-11.30 p.m.: Holy hour at the Altar of Repose in English.
FRIDAY 3RD APRIL 2026 – GOOD FRIDAY (A Day of Fast & Abstinence)
07.00 a.m. : Way of the Cross in Konkani in Church
09.00 a.m. : The Way of the Cross will start from the respective
communities, praying the first seven stations along the
way. The remaining seven will be in the church beginning
at 10.00 a.m.
10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. : Sermon on Passion of the five wounds of Jesus
by Fr. Henry D’souza SVD
4.00 p.m. : Solemn Good Friday Service in Konkani
6.00 p.m. : Solemn Good Friday Service in English followed by Passo
service.
DIVINE MERCY NOVENA BEGINS ON GOOD FRIDAY AT 5.45 P.M., ON HOLY SATURDAY AFTER THE 7.30 A.M. SERVICE, ON EASTER SUNDAY AFTER 8 A.M. MASS & ON WEEKDAYS AFTER THE 7 A.M. MASS.
SATURDAY 4TH APRIL 2026 – HOLY SATURDAY
7.30 a.m. : Prayer service in honour of Our Lady of Sorrows to be conducted by the Canossian Sisters.
9.30 p.m. : Easter Vigil Service.
(Please bring your own candles).
SUNDAY 5TH APRIL 2026 – EASTER SUNDAY
7.00 a.m. : Mass in Konkani.
8.00 a.m. : Mass in English.
9.30 a.m. : Mass in English.
NO MASS IN THE EVENING.
12 noon : Easter blessing in homes. (Prayer attached)
Holy water will be available near the Sacristy from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Easter Sunday.
