Parish Notices
7th & 8th March 2026 – 3RD SUNDAY OF LENT – ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Way of the Cross in Konkani will be on Wednesdays at 6.15 p.m. and in English on this Friday will be conducted by St. Anne, St. Anthony & Our Lady of Perpetual Succour communities.
- Community co-ordinators meeting will be held on Thursday, 12th March after the 7 p.m. mass.
- As part of our Lenten observances, we will be having the following Sunday spiritual programmes:
+Tomorrow/Today: A talk on “Women in the Bible” soon after the 9:30 a.m. Mass.
+Next Sunday: A talk on “Spiritual Wellness” soon after the 9:30 a.m. Mass.
+Sunday, 22nd March: A special Choir Recital on the Passion of Christ after the 6:00 p.m. mass.
+ All parishioners are urged to take part in the above programmes & also in the third week of cluster weekly prayer organised by the community animators.
- Blood donation camp by BCS on Sunday morning, 15th March. Kindly register at the helpdesk.
- Joseph Cardign Technical School is holding a vacation course on welding, electrical, carpentry etc for those who have appeared for SSC/HSC exams. Details on notice board.
- Parish Associations, Communities and Cells who wish to give reports with photographs for the Easter issue of our Parish Bulletin, kindly send them by email or WhatsApp or give a hard copy to Fr Anthony by 22 March 2026. We want only Parish News, no articles.
- Our parish has formed a Legal and Reconciliation Cell. Those seeking guidance, advice or assistance in legal or reconciliation matters may kindly approach the Parish Office for further information.
- Please ensure that you have received your ballot slip for Parish Leadership 2026-2028, from your community co-ordinators. The duly filled slips should be returned to your Community Coordinator or PPC Member.
- Lenten Recollection organized by Archdiocesan office of Environment next Sunday 22nd March 2026 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. including Mass at Retreat House Bandra. Details on the notice board.
Parish Lenten Programme: 2026
Lenten Cross Pilgrimage:
During this Lenten season, the Cross will move from one family to another. Cluster-wise weekly prayer meetings will be held throughout Lent at strategic places.
The Lenten Cross journey will culminate on Good Friday in the church with a community-wise Way of the Cross, followed by preaching on the Five Wounds of Jesus by Fr. Hendry SVD.
Confessions: During Lent – every Friday from 6.30 to 7 p.m. & on Saturdays from 5.30 to 6.00 p.m.
Bible Enrichment Session:
Every Saturday after the 7:00 p.m. Mass in the AV Room.
Way of the Cross: On Sundays, after 8 am mass for children, on Wednesdays in Konkani at 6.15 pm & on Fridays after 7 pm mass by SCCs.
Legal Reconciliation Enrichment Session:
On Sunday 22nd February, after the 9:30 a.m. Mass in the church.
Youth Mass & Interactive Session:
On Sunday 22nd February – Youth Mass, followed by an interactive session in the 3rd Floor AV Room.
Eye-camp: On Sunday 22nd February, free eye testing & discounted prices for glasses in AV room in the morning.
Women in the Bible – Enrichment Session:
On Sunday 8th March, after the 9:30 a.m. Mass.
Wellness and Spiritual Health Session:
On Sunday 15th March, after the 9:30 a.m. Mass.
Blood Donation Camp:
On Sunday 15th March, blood donation camp will be held in the morning.
Passion Choir Recital:
On Sunday 22nd March, after the 6:00 p.m. mass, by our Victoria Choir.
Night Way of the Cross:
On Friday 27th March at 9 p.m. from the Church by Legion of Mary.
Palm Sunday ( 29th March):
Blessing of Palms at 8:00 a.m. followed by Mass.
Evening Procession with the Veronica Song.
