2nd & 3rd August 2026 – ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. We thank our Sunday school Children and Teachers for the wonderful program organised last Sunday for Parents Day.
  2. PPC meeting Tomorrow/ Today Sunday, 2nd August after the 9.30 am mass.
  3. Senior Citizens meeting on Monday 3rd August at 5.30 pm in the drill hall.
  4. SCC steering committee meeting will be held on Friday 7th August after the 7pm mass. Requesting all coordinators to attend.
  5. Friday, 7th August is the First Friday of the month. Holy half hour at 6.30 pm.
  6. The Women’s Cell invites all women entrepreneurs to display their talents on Sunday 16th August after the 8 am & 9.30 am masses. Please see the notice board for details. to register. Last date for registration is 8th August.
  7. Sunday 9th August is Vianney Sunday. You are requested to pray for the priests of the Parish and for all priests who are sick and bedridden.  The Second Collection made at all Masses on this day will go towards the Clergy Fund which takes care of the sick and retired priests.  Cheques may be drawn in favour of ‘Archdiocese of Bombay’ and dropped in the box kept in the Church.  Please write your name, mobile number, pan number and postal address behind the cheque. Please be generous.
  8. Saturday, 15th August is the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Independence Day. It is a day of obligation. Flag hoisting program will be at 8 a.m. Masses on this day will be at 7 a.m. , 9.30 a.m. & 6 p.m. in Konkani & 7 pm. 
  9. The Family Cell of our parish invites all families to a special session on Understanding Our Children’s Emotional World on Sunday, 23rd August 2026 after the 9.30 am mass. The session, led by Deacon Ivan, will focus on building trust and open communication, encouraging healthy coping strategies, and strengthening the mental well-being of our children and families. Registration can be done after all masses on Saturdays & Sundays.
